How to access EdgeProX Log Files

Accessing log files is important in order for Edge Clear to provide in depth technical support.  

There are multiple ways to access the log files.  In order to access log files on the EdgeProX platform, before logging into a workspace, select "Options" and then "Log Files".  This will access the computer's hard drive, displaying the log files for EdgeProX.  



Another way to view log files is after you log into the platform.  Once logged into EdgeProX, select the "Help" button in the top menu row. After the dropdown menu appears, select "Log Files".
