Instead of manually scaling the charts, you can set up the auto scale feature. This will scale the charts to have all bars in the current frame scaled. There are some limitations to doing this. For example, you can scroll horizontally but you are unable to scroll vertically. If you want to scroll vertically you will to turn off the auto scaling button.
As you can see from the video below I can scroll horizontally but I am unable to scroll vertically. This is the one limitation with using auto scale.
