Components in EdgeProX
Components allow traders to place lines, labels, target areas, and other analyses to their chart. These tools may be referred to as "Drawing Tools" in other platforms. There are three different ways to access the Components menu. They are listed below.
The View Menu
Select "View" from the top of your EdgeProX window and then "Components". This will populate the Components window on the left side of your EdgeProX window.
The Components Icon
There is an icon on the upper toolbar of EdgeProX which will allow you to enable components. It is shown in the screenshot below. When selected, the Components window will populate on the left side of your EdgeProX window.
Assigning the Components Menu to a Hotkey
You can set the Components menu to a hotkey by navigating to Preferences -> General -> Keyboard and double clicking "Components". You will be prompted to enter a key combination for the Components menu. By default, this hotkey is assigned to Alt+C. The screenshot below displays where to adjust the hotkey assignment of the Components menu.
