Rithmic Ping
If you are experiencing your Rithmic connection disconnecting, there could be many reasons this is happening. One of which is that your internet provider is disconnecting.
If this is happening to you, we suggest running a constant Ping to ritmz01001.01.rithmic.com and see when,
if any, disconnects happen.
Open up your Start menu and search cmd, you can start a command prompt with the instructions “ping ritmz01001.01.rithmic.com /t” and hit enter.
If you consistently receive a reply back from your ping, then no disconnects are happening. If you start to see " * " as a reply, then your internet connection may be disconnecting.
