Using Plaid ACH with Phillip Capital
To deposit and withdraw funds from your trading account at
Phillip Capital via ACH, it is necessary to register your bank account with
Plaid, a third-party company. Plaid ensures secure verification of your
bank account details and facilitates ACH transfers to and from the trading
account. Follow the steps below to set up and use Plaid for a seamless
experience:
Setting up the Plaid ACH connection
Linking a bank account
- Log into the Phillip Capital Customer Portal. If you haven't registered for the Portal before, click on
"Existing customer but don't have a login?" You will be directed to
enter your email address and Phillip Capital account number to set up your
account credentials. This will enable you to access the Portal seamlessly and
manage your account efficiently.
- Once logged into the Portal, navigate to the "My Money" tab on the top of the page, and select "Link Bank" from the dropdown.
- You will then be prompted to enter your bank accounts account number and routing number.
- If you do not know your bank accounts information, please contact your bank.
- Once the ACH connection is approved, you should receive an email notifying you. You will then be able to make ACH withdrawals and deposits.

Making a deposit
To initiate an ACH deposit into your trading account, follow
these simple steps:
- Log in
to the Phillip
Capital Portal.
- Navigate
to the "My Money" tab located at the top of the page.
- Click
on "Deposit" to proceed with the ACH deposit process.
- You
will be prompted to specify the amount you wish to deposit.
After specifying the amount you would like to deposit,
simply click on "Submit" to complete the transaction.
Making a withdrawal
To initiate an ACH withdraw into your trading account, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the Phillip Capital Portal.
- Navigate to the "My Money" tab located at the top of the page.
- Click on "Withdraw" to proceed with the ACH withdraw process.
- You will be prompted to specify the amount you wish to withdraw.
After specifying the amount you would like to withdraw,
simply click on "Submit" to complete the transaction.
