1: Bank Name: This is the name of the receiving bank, or in other terms, the bank you are sending the wire to. All FCMs hold your funds in segregated accounts at registered banks (ex. Citibank, BMO Harris), and they do not hold the funds themselves. Put the receiving banks name in field often labeled as "Bank Name".
2: Bank Address: Rarely, wire forms will ask for the bank's address or branch address. Put the address as listed on the wire instructions. NOTE: Different banks save different addresses to a routing number. This WILL NOT impact a wire's delivery, as long as the routing number is the exact same as provided on the wire instructions.
6: Beneficiary Account Number: This is the FCM's bank account number at the bank. Be sure to enter this number into the field labeled as "Beneficiary Account Number", "Account Number" or "Receiving Account Number" exactly as it is written on the wire instructions.
7: Beneficiary Address: Sometimes the bank will ask for the address of the beneficiary (the FCM). If unsure or the address is not provided on the wire instructions, a quick Google search of the FCM will usually locate the address.
8: Further Credit To: In order for the FCM to know which segregate customer account to direct your funds to, in a "Memo", "Further Credit To", "Message to the Recipient" field, write your FCM/Edge Clear Account number. This account number should be present on the wire instructions, and is not the bank account number.

FAQ
1: How long will it take for my bank to wire my funds to the Edge Clear trading account?
A: Most domestic US wire will take 1-2 to initiate, transit, process and be allocated into the trading account. For international wires, this proces can take 1-4 days, and additional delays may occur due to AML (Anti Money Laundering) checks by the sending or receiving bank.
2: How will I know when my wire arrives and is deposited into the trading account?
A: You will receive an email from your broker confirming the wire's arrival. You should also receive a statement via email from the FCM showing your account balance with the wire the night of its arrival.
3: It has been a number of days and my wire has not been deposited into the Edge Clear trading account. What is the best way for me to check on the status of the wire?
A: First, you should contact your bank to ensure that the wire was successfully sent out and received by the recipient bank. Second, you can contact
clientservices@edgeclear.com with a copy of your wire receipt, and we can check with the FCM to make sure they have received it.
4: It has been a number of days and my wire has not been deposited into the Edge Clear trading account. Is my wire lost?
A: It is very uncommon for a wire to actually be "lost". In most cases, the wire has been rejected due to incorrect information and is being sent back to your bank account. All domestic US wire will have a tracking number created for them by your bank, that your bank can use to check where the wire ended up. Contact your bank to run a check on the location of the wire. Note: Filling out the wire details incorrectly will cause a wire to be rejected by the receiving bank and FCM, causing the wire to be sent back to your bank. This is a lengthy process and may account for the delay in receiving the rejected wire bank into your bank account.
5: Can someone at Edge Clear fill out my wire information for me?
A: Due to legal reasons, Edge Clear cannot fill out the wire information fields ourselves, you must be the one to fill out the wire form yourself. Edge Clear can offer assistance and guidance in how to fill out the form and you can request assistance at
clientservices@edgeclear.com.
6: My bank shows a different address for the receiving bank when I put in the routing number. Is this the correct address?
A: Different banks save different addresses to a routing number. This WILL NOT impact a wire's delivery, as long as the routing number is the exact same as provided on the wire instructions.
