What happens if I take a break once my lease is up? Can I use the same membership when I come back?

Once someone becomes a member and he/she decides to take time off, the rules of re-upping the lease are:

  1. If they go back on a seat within one year, they will be required to submit a Short Form application. 
    1. The fee for the short form application is $300 if the member goes back on a seat within 60 days,
    2. The fee for the short form application is $500 if the member goes back on a seat  within 61-364 days
  2. If the member is off a seat for 1 year or more, they will be required to complete the Long Form Membership application, all the supporting documents and the application fee of $2,000.00
